Alison Chambers - Owner, Head Trainer
Alison Chambers is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer who has been training dogs in South Florida since 2014. She trains pets and working dogs of all breeds and ages and is an expert at addressing the "tougher" challenges associated with reactive, fearful, or aggressive dogs.
Alison started Complete Canine Training in 2017 with the idea that each dog is an individual, and no single training method will work for every dog. She believes in balanced training, using all quadrants of operant conditioning, modern training tools, and modern training techniques tailored to meet each dog’s needs. There are no problems too big to address, and it's never too late to start! She is well known in the canine industry and is often recommended and consulted by some of the most influential veterinarians in Florida. She is also heavily involved as a Watchdog member of the IACP, reporting on and involved in legislative changes taking place in the canine industry.
Alison's reputation for canine expertise is well known and speaks for itself. From a ten pound Maltese to a two hundred pound mastiff, she has successfully trained thousands of dogs across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Alison lives and trains with her personal dogs, Ruca, a Belgian Malinois, Jett, a Patterdale Terrier, and Otto, the wonder-mutt! Her dogs compete in the sports of French Ring, sheepherding, barn hunt, and canine scent work, and will often help with in-home training sessions or group classes.

Lauren Minges - Marketing Director and Dog Training Coordinator
Lauren joined Complete Canine Training in December 2022 and is the first point of contact for many of our new and existing clients.
Lauren is a passionate dog owner and an avid competitor in a variety of dog sports. In 2018, she brought home her first dog, a Dachshund named Yogi. Since then, Lauren has discovered her passion for training, sports and teamwork with her dogs. Yogi and Lauren have successfully competed in barn hunt, agility, scent work and FastCAT, as well as enjoying trick training and canine fitness.
In 2021, Lauren welcomed her second Dachshund, a 5 year old rescue named Ned. Ned arrived suffering from obesity and severe skin conditions, as well as leash reactivity. Through Lauren’s dedication to his diet, exercise and training Ned is now thriving both physically and mentally.
In 2022, Smokey (pictured) joined Lauren’s family with ambitions to complete in conformation for the first time. During her time with Smokey, Lauren has learned all about the world of dog shows and art of dog show handling. Smokey successfully earned his AKC conformation championship at 13 months old and Lauren looks forward to introducing and pursuing dog sports with him as well.
Lauren came to Complete Canine Training with a comprehensive background in marketing and plays a vital role in our social media and events, as well as supporting our clients and graduates through our Complete Canine Training Community Facebook group.
During her time with Complete Canine Training Lauren has successfully completed the necessary education to become an AKC Evaluator for CGC and Trick Dog titles, an AKC Farm Dog Judge and a Level 1 AKC Fit Dog Instructor.
