• Now, now, now! You are training your dog as soon as you begin to interact with them. The sooner (and younger) we start teaching them what we like and what we don’t, the better for all involved! We start with puppies as young as seven weeks, and have taken on some “super seniors” who were thirteen years and older!

  • We believe that each dog is an individual, and no single training method will work for every dog. We train with the goals of strengthening the relationship between you and your dog, setting clear standards, and empowering owners and dogs for lifelong success. We use balanced training, meaning we use all quadrants of operant conditioning, with modern tools and techniques that are fit to your dog’s needs and lifestyle. In a nutshell: we tell your dog when they’ve got it right, and when they’ve got it wrong.

  • Group classes are held on Saturdays and are only available as a monthly subscription. Classes vary in price and location, but most are an hour long.

  • Yes, we do! We have experience with tripods, deaf dogs, fearful dogs, dogs with bite histories, and other “tough” issues. Anything goes, as long as it’s a dog!

  • Absolutely! We also use toys and real life rewards like moving forward on a walk, being off leash, showing attention, and granting freedom in the house. It all depends what stage of training your dog is in. and what they value most in that moment!

  • Sorry, we do not take training clients into our home, nor do we offer boarding and training. Our company is centered around personalized in home training, but we are more than happy to refer you to a local professional in our network who is best suited to your needs.

  • We will credit or reschedule any missed sessions due to weather or unforeseen conflicts on our end. Because so much of your dog's success depends on what happens outside of our training sessions, we do not offer a money-back guarantee; however, we do guarantee your dog will be trained to reach your goals provided you follow through with the training on your own time. If you do the reinforcement training and practice on your own—using the proper tools and techniques we've taught you—you will see results. Consistency is key, and staying in touch between and after sessions is a great way to keep on track.

  • As a mobile, in-home training company, we value our clients' time as much as we value our own time. Because of this, all cancellations or rescheduling must be done with 24 hours' notice to avoid inconveniencing our other clients. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $100 fee.

  • We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Apple Pay. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
